One more A+ for the Crossbreed SuperTuck. Great folks with a great product at a great price. You will not go wrong with a Crossbreed..

Copy that. I should have known better than just going straight to the website. Thanks!

I've used a Supertuck for a bit over a year. Mine was an early model with thinner clips than he uses now, other than that an excellent holster--Very comfortable, very concealable.

I stepped on mine, and before I checked into repair cost, I bought a Comp-Tac Minotaur. The Minotaur has less sweat shield, and I have an easier time drawing from it. Comfort and concealability is the same, cost is more (especially with the 20% sale on the Supertuck) and the warranty is only a year, vs. Crossbreed lifetime.

Mark is only going to charge me $15 to fix my holster--Mine was before the lifetime guarantee, and I consider being stepped on by a fat guy abuse, and not a warranty issue.

Confused
I have had a crossbreed super tuck for around 5 months now and it is very nice. My opinion might be alittle off as this is the only IWB holster I have ever used but like others have said, you almost forget it is even in there. I use it for my SA XD 40 SC and I am a smaller framed guy (170lbs 5' 10"). I would highly recommend it.

I wear my crossbreed supertuck with my XD45 service and love it, by far the best, most comfortable, most concealable holster i've ever worn... The service is great, the quality is great, the price is great, and the warranty just tops it off...

I bought mine when the wait time was 10+ weeks, and it was by far worth the wait, now that it's down to a week or so, there's no reason not to have one.

By far the best thing i've ever put in my pants!!

Positives:
1) Very comfortable. I carry a 4" S&W Model 65 in mine in complete comfort. Need a good belt for a heavy gun regardless of holster, of course.

2) The leather backing is easily trimmable to one's liking.

Negatives:
1) The clips mine came with (J clips and loop clips) were both worthless. The J clips transferred all the weight to the pants, so they did not work at all. The loop clips required that you thread the belt each time and my thick belt would barely fit. I ended up ordering a pair of standard CTAC clips from Comp-Tac and trashing the Crossbreed clips.

2) The nutset where the clip screw threads into cannot be moved to any hole other than where it came. The prongs on it are too dull to penetrate the leather unless one has whatever special tool was used to hammer them in the first place.

3) The leather backing is too soft. If you leave enough leather to serve as a sweat shield, it eventually folds over and makes one handed reholstering a chore.

4) The kydex was not molded closely enough to give me adequate rentention. I had to spend nearly an hour heating it up and remolding it.

In view of my experience, I cannot recommend it. In contrast, my Comp-Tac CTAC was flawless in both design and execution from the day it arrived. It needed to modification, adjustment, or customization. I am wearing my Supertuck only until my K&D Cochise Defender gets here.
