One there go to "concealment items". There is a Dale Fricke kydex mag carrier that is IWB.

Not to derail the thread, but I'm afraid to open any thread asking about concealment ever since Dr. Lewall showed us his Smart Carry and his Kilt.

On another note, to conceal a magazine I've found they conceal nicely in a pocket.

Concealment in a kilt, huh? What's wrong with putting it in the sporran? That's where I intend to conceal mine when kilted...

+1 in the pocket. I usually have one on the belt and one in a pocket mag carrier.

I know I've seen IBW magazine holders out there somewhere (I know, I know, that's no help). You can also make one:

This one has two .380 mags. My other one is for single stack 9mm or .40S&W. A double stack would be possible, just thicker.

Here's for making a kydex one:

Try CrossBreed holsters. I have an IWB for both my PPS and M&P. I will say that they are not exactly comfortable, especially with a gun on the other side, but they do their job. They make my belt stay off my back in the back.

Gun control can be blamed in part for allowing 9/11 to happen.

All typical mag OWB leather pouches are readily concealed with a proper cover garment, which garment you're hopefully already wearing for sake of concealing your primary sidearm. If you don't already know that, you simply lack experence.
Kydex pouches are notably bulkier IME, and I won't use them for CCW, though YMMV.
There's no need for IWB mag pouches, and they're uncomfortable compared to OWB pouches.

In the past 25 years, I've had mag pouches from nearly every leathersmith you can name, and all are good, but the single best I've found, and that I use daily, are Matt DelFatti's SM pouches, two at a time.
