Up here in Calumet nobody seems to mind. Went to WalMart in Houghton and saw three people open carrying. Was pretty busy and nobody spooked. Some looked and smiled at them and kept on shopping.

The first time that I got a permit in Michigan I had to go before the gun board. That was before, "Shall Issue." The second time I had to go before the gun board also. That was after, "Shall Issue" passed.

The last time I renewed I did not have to go before the gun board and was alerted by a letter from the Sheriff three months prior to the expiration date on my permit. Nice of him because he started out as opposed to the," Shall Issue law".

Going before the gun board either time, was painless. They are Americans too.

As A Post Script: This is in Saginaw County

I wouldn't dare do that in Lansing. I'd be surrounded by cops within minutes.

Kind of sad really.

More than a few who were anti-shall issue have changed their minds.

Then there's Ingham county.

Bingo.. it is sooo cool in AZ, two people walk in a store, one with a .45 in a shoulder rig with extra clips, N one with a really ugly pair of sun glasses, they will stare at no2 with the sun glasses and no1 with .45 will be as though it is invisible.
