Adding an Attorney for WV

Not sure if this is the correct place. But I went to an attorney yesterday and he agreed for me to place him on the folks to contact if something happens in WV. Where and who do I give this info to?

There is a link at the bottom that says " Contact Us" I would start there. Hope this helps.
