Does this mean I have to scrape my new Glock decal off my truck? Dang! Our new county Sheriff told his dep's. not to wear any clothing that has office logo's while off duty and armed. So I guess it makes sense. Oh my god, what about my eat more beef stickers? Peta, the shame of it all.

I don't have a problem with those who do, but I don't really like bumper stickers of any kind on my car.
I also don't really like my neighbors knowing much more about me than they have to.

To each his own, but I would not put anything to on my home, vehicle or person to advertise I have a gun. To me it may alert some dirt bag that a gun might be available inside to be stolen. Not that I ashamed to own guns or carry one, far from it. I just don't think it wise to tell it to the world.

I think that is a good question. I don't advertise anything. The best compliment a CCW carrier can get is to find out that no one has ever known that you carry. I like the slogan, but it is silly to put that, "I have probably got firearms in here come steal them", sign on your car.

I have thought of some clever ones, but once again wouldn't put them on the car. I think my favorite is:

I dial 911; somebody has to collect the remains.

I used to have an NRA sticker but I removed it.

I try not to advertise -- no stickers, t-shirts, pins, &c.

I too don't think it is smart...the car is not protected by the weapon...it is protected by someone on the other end. I believe the key to CCW is to be low key...seems some would like to make it an ego trip.

You might as well have a bumper sticker saying "Follow Me Home to Find Guns to Steal".

I have worn an NRA cap for years, I figure it PO's the liberals. I have an NRA and a Pheasants Forever sticker on my truck rear window. I have never gotten a negative comment, only positive ones. I just think that this is a non-issue to be truthful. Besides, I am an instructor for carry permits here in MN so it is easy for someone to at least suspect that I am carrying a firearm.

No bumper stickers for me. I believe what I believe and dont want to throw out my beliefs for everyone to see so I can stir up an argument.
