SC reciprocity??? - Page 2

The bill will not be taken up by the Senate until they resume in January of 2008. It is on the calendar and I expect it to pass but it came out of committee with a minority report so it will have to be debated unless the report is withdrawn. Don't expect anything before the latter part of Jan. Until then SLED will probably not worry about any reciprocal agreements with any other states so everything should remain as is for a while. Remember that in SC you can carry a handgun in your glove box or console without a permit.
