I found a ski parka at Dick's Sporting Goods with a deep horizontal pocket over the left breast. The pocket zips shut and is deep enough to conceal my USP compact, and it holds the gun secure enough that I don't need a pocket holster for it. I can get to it quickly and easily that way also. When I'm outside walking to the car, hiking or whatever, I put the HK in that pocket. When I get ready to go indoors, I switch it to my belt holster.

The pocket also holds my CZ p01 just as securely.

Practice, practice, practice, and more practice that's what I'm talking bout.

Situational Awareness

Think situational awareness at all times. Don't let yourself get into a situation where you must rely on a quick draw to get out of trouble.

Having to rely on a quick draw should never be the first option in self defence.

I agree that it is all about the way you train for the situation. Find out what works best for you and train, train, train.

tns0038,

Is the mag holder in your avatar yours? If so, what brand is it, where did you get it, and how does it work?

Thanks.
