Thanks. First time I've seen it. It's a saved document now.

I think this was originally saved by one of the mods a few YEARS ago here as a "sticky," for recommended reading by new members.

A great article but unlike the herd of sheep, the vast majority of people have trouble knowing which are the wolves and which are the sheepdogs. Sometimes those who we think are the sheepdogs are actually the wolves and too many who straddle that line become policemen. There are definitely those who think that it can't happen to them and want to ban both the wolves and the sheepdogs, unfortunately the wolves will never be banned. And then there are the sheepdogs who think that they are the only one and all others are either sheep or wolves.

It has become an article much read .. often I think labelled a parable.

It and other such, along with various RKBA articles can be found on one of my sites - so anyone wanting to locate some of these feel free to check it out. Just hover on the ''articles'' menu link and it should drop down with a choice of many.

I read a condensed version of that to my concealed carry students when we are starting the mindset portion of the class. It gets their brain juices going for what we are just about ready to jump in to. It's a GREAT article!
