My wife didn't like the long pull on my .38, so she carries a Glock 26

No, she doesn't carry. We are finally picking out a gun(well she is, I just get to go buy it) for her to keep in the house. Which makes me a happy hubby.

My wife carries a S&W 3913 full time, in a custom purse made for concealing and uses a cross breed holster when carrying on her person.

Some of you guys sound like you married my wife. She wouldn't carry a gun if you SuperGlued it to her hand.

She isn't anti by any stretch of the imagination, just doesn't see the point. She has that "Not me" and "Doesn't happen here" mentality that I have been trying to break down now for nearly ten years. I have tried everything from subtle to outright finger pointing (believe me, that didn't net me anything for nearly two months).

The college shootings as of late, the mall shooting, and the UNC gal that was killed by some 17 year old puke that doesn't deserve to breathe still hasn't shaken her position. (We only live a few hours from Chapell Hill.)

There has been an increase in robberies and shootings in the immediate area where we both work, still she won't consider bringing harm to another human being.

Reborn, you hit the nail on the head. Some of us will never know what it is like to have a toting lady by our sides.

Unfortunately, she is not allowed to. Only law enforcement can carry in Illinois. If she was able, she probably would.

Absolutely she does. Charter Arms Bulldog 44 special and she knows how to use it.
