Although my puny little .45 wouldn't have been much fun to engage with, and I would not have engaged regardless unless attacked. Either way, my tendancy is to give animals far more leeway than people. Perhaps it's the fundamental difference that a bear (or whatever) is just surviving, where a person is likely to just be greedy. I'm not going to kill a bear for just being a bear.

Maybe this will be another little push to get things moving in TN such as park reform, and 50% alcohol bars, etc. Naifeh needs to get demoted.
I would think a stand alone bathroom would not count as a federal facility. Ohio recently had a moment of clarity by declaring the state owned buildings prohibition as applying to where state business is conducted and did not apply to interstate rest stops. |
