Don't use stats against them,that's not fair!
One of the presidential candidates was asked about lowering cap gains taxes, and told each time it was done, more revenue was brought in. The candidate responded he wanted to raise them out of a "fairness" issue. You might guess which one I'm referring to......
It's only "fair" if THEY decide something,not just let things be.
