Arkansas Drops New Hampshire From list of States It Honors
Arkansas State Police have dropped New Hampshire from the list of states they stated they had reciprocity with.
I have had an ongoing discussion with Arkansas for the last 4 months about their listing of NH and NH not list AR as reciprocating. I was told it was signed and delivered. Then I was told it was in the mail and then told there is nothing. IT was in the mail. AR did send NH the paperwork but it never came back. I have not heard from my contact in the AR State Police on what exactly happened. But Arkansas and New Hampshire do not have a reciprocity agreement. Handgunlaw.us will be updated in the next 24 hours to reflect this Negative change in reciprocity. |

Somebody dropped the ball eh?
Its a pity really. I'd like to see all of the states be included, especially the antigun ones.

There was a change in "management" in NH that impacted their licenses in a few negative ways.
It took one NH pro-gun group lighting a couple of fires under said "management" to get some positive changes over the past year or so. Don't know for sure, but suspect this might have something to do with the topic at hand here. |

NH... permit is easy to get as a non-resident with a AR CHP, and in the past it picked up a couple of southeren states the did not honor AR's.
