One thing puzzles me, here in NC, Law states that (CHP) holders may not carry in any establishment where alcohol is sold and/or consumed, we do. Is Walmart an exception?

I think it's something like if 50% of there business is alcohol then you are not allowed to carry in there, but don't quote me on that one.

1. I am pretty sure that law is different from state to state.

VA law only pertains to ABC-on. Open- or no- carry in ABC-on, ABC-off is open-, no- or concealed-carry.

In SC you cannot carry in a place that sells alcohol for on site consumption

NC g.s 14-269.3 any establishment where Alcoholic beverages are Sold And Consumed.. I take it as sold and consumed on site which walmart does not IE a Bar and grill..
