Hmmm,

What about that clip that goes on the keltecs? I think that would be great, if one wasn't going in the water.

I had thought about this similar setup for jogging.

I tote my P3AT in a digital camera bag. Everyone has one at the beach. I use the Body Glove digital camera bag.

I need to figure it out

I need to figure out how to carry an xd on me at the lake, swimming hole. My wifes cousin was shot and killed yesterday while swimming with 7 other family members. if this can happen here it can happen anywhere. Mode of carry must be waterproof and fully concealable and functional. Figures it woud have to be an illegal ailen too boot.

I can't add to the discussion on how to CCW on the beach. I will say that it is one of the few times that I am unarmed, and I accept this as part of life. There are some places that it is just too difficult or even impossible to carry.

They say 80 is the new 70s...

Your never to old to be packing on the beach!

kinda rules out speedos... :-)

Being red headed, I don't go to the beach. What's the point when I'd spontaneously combust like a vampire within a couple of minutes in the sun.
I could see using a G26 in a clip on IWB rig, or a P3AT in a pocket holster in a cargo pocket

I went to the beach yesterday, and I swam. I ended leaving my "safety equipment" in my first aid kit, in my black duffel bag closed, with my wife approximately 10-15 feet away. We kept an eye on the bag, but it probably wasn't the best of situations.

I can barely get anyone to pay attention to me in my own home!
