Well, today is a good day..
I checked the CHL progress online, and it said "application processed, lcense issued or certificate valid". I couldnt believe it. Ive been hearing of the Tx nightmares of 120 day wait. Mine took about 80 days from the day they received package. Now just have to wait for the plastic to show up in the mail..
 I heard that tx is starting to catch up. So hang in, it will happen when you least expect it.

If they are anything like Arkansas, they are processing so many that its taking the maximum amount of time.
You would think that the permits would ease up after a few years. For various reasons, business has never been better. Congrats !

congrats! the backlog is pretty bad for people waiting on their licenses, but its also a good sign that more Texan are getting CHLs

it's good to have another armed texan around, welcome , be safe and enjoy your waly world walk, I had to wait 93 days for mine, btw it took about 4 days from the time i checked the web site to getting my plastic in the mail.
