NRA CCW Class (How long is it good for)
I took the class required to get a CCW back when I was 18 and had my first handgun. I turn 21 in a little over a month and was curious if it will still be valid to use when I apply for my CCW?
The classes are affordable but id prefer not to spend the money and time for the class again. Edit: Forgot to mention im in Florida.

I think forever. I'm getting my FL stuff together and the instructions don't say anything about how recent the training must be.

Varies by state, but in FL you take it once and that is all. Just be sure to give them copies of the cert and not the original. Original certs are hard to replace.

I have never heard of a experation and if there was it is certainly longer than 3 years. You should be good to go.

class expiration date
here in mich. theres no set time
limit so i have read. i quess it depends on your state as mentioned before. good luck and an early congrads on your permit.

As noted, it is up to the State. I'm not sure here in Michigan (mine was quite some time back, and the requirements have changed some).
In Nevada, I am pretty sure it is good for only a year. But that doesn't really apply here now does it
