NH Non-Resident CCW Permit

I sent in my form and check a few weeks ago. I was told NH's turn-around time on these permits was a couple of weeks tops. Did I get denied? Wouldn't I be notified?

I also thought NH wasn't evil about that kind of stuff the way MA can be.

The only thing I can think of being an issue is my address. I moved just before I received my CCW permit here in MA, and immediately sent in my change of address paperwork as required my MA law. Maybe the state is taking their time updating their system and NH can't confirm the information.

Just curious if anyone personally knows anything about NH non-resident CCW permits.

They are running way behind for some reason and there are several threads on several forums about it. Mine took 6 weeks and right now they seem to be taking longer. Don't get worried, the two weeks thing is what they are supposed to do but not in reality. You are fine other than having to wait.

Sending my non-resident NH app in on Monday.

Patience is a virtue.

But I want it now

Yep. This time last year they were about 3-4 weeks, 18 months ago about 2-3 weeks. It's quite telling, actually...

I wonder if they're just bogged down with applications, or what. I don't mind waiting for it, as long as I'm given some information about when to except it. :) Thanks guys.
