Talking Armed again! CCW received in NY!

Ahhh what a good feeling! Feels almost as good as my first permit that I received years ago. For those who don't know my story, I moved to NY two years ago while my wife finishes up her training...the gun laws didn't go over well in our house with both of us being strong proponents of the second...but this is where we had to be. Anyway, now, two years after moving here I can finally possess and carry a pistol once again...mind you I couldn't even have a pistol in my house before now. Of course we will only be living here for another year and 3 weeks but I'm happy to have it anyway. I jumped through all the hoops and paid all of the money so I think I will make an official run to Wally World for nachos since I never got to do that back when I got my first permit. Anyway, I just thought I'd share another one of those "got my CCW" posts...with a twist.

Congrats...but what a pain in the posterior...might as well be living in Russia.

Stay armed...stay out of NYC...stay safe!

Congratulations..

so what did you have to tell the people's republic of NY to get a carry permit?

I thought no one other than PI or security could get one.
