If God were a congresscritter, he'd have dubbed this policy the "Law Enforcement Officers' Employment Security Act".

I was explained the defination of idiot/ignorance and stupidity from a Naval Master Chief after I had...um....well, been a little ignorant of a safty rule WAY back when....

Idiots will mess up not knowing thier messing up but will stop all actions when they realize what thier doing isn't the right thing to do.
Being an idiot isn't a bad thing really....idiots can be trained and have a capicity to learn.

Stupid people will mess up, knowing full well what thier doing is wrong, and do it anyway. You can't fix stupid, and stupid is bad.

This yahoo is stupid and probley has no business carrying if he won't follow the rules and keeps breaking them.

I agree, 2nd time = free ride to jail.

I highly doubt this was the case or the cops would be getting these calls often. This guy is obvious a total idiot!! Just by looking at the name of the class, the title of the application, the words on the top of the permit, it doesn't say "Patially concealed firearms permit" does it? NO it says Concealed and Concealed is Concealed!! It is jerks like this that give the rest of us a bad name!! He belongs in jail and he permit revoked. He isn't smart enough to carry a firearm.

Concealed...as in "hidden", "not showing", "invisible", "unseen", "undetectable", etc. What part of that did he not understand?

Yes, he either had an ego bigger than his gun or is a pre-Darwin candidate. I too would have arrested him the 2nd time!

As much LEO bashing as goes on in some places I have to say that for the most part the ones around here are pretty good except for speeding. I run into one every now and then that has Barney Fife as their hero. As long as you behave they usually give you the benefit as it just makes trouble for them to run someone in on a charge like this and they have more stuff (like gangs) to worry about.

I had a County Sheriff tell me that as far as he was concerned I didn't need a CWP in his county, that at least 50% of all the men over 60 in his county carried a pistiol with them all the time without a permit and as long as they didn't shoot anyone he didn't care. I think that the good old days when the police were able to use discretion and common sense has gone out the door with political correctness and equal rights. We all talks about the days when you could bring your new shotgun to school to show off but who has really caused that change. It hasn't been the teachers or police but the general public.

Ditto to this. The guy gets a free-pass warning and then does it again? If he immediately did it again as stated, then this becomes very disconcerting and you gotta wonder if the guy is all there mentally................

Sounds like to me this guy needs to move to a state were open carry is legal. Carrying a pistol is a big responsibility, and concealed is concealed. If he wants to carry then he needs to follow the rules of the state he lives in. If he can't follow the law requiring his weapon to be concealed; then Im seriously questioning if he is smart enough to carry. I would have arrested him the first time.
