I had heard that Tennessee was sent a form by Virginia to update something concerning reciprocity, and it "got lost on a bureaucrat's desk" here in Tennessee. When the storm erupted, Tennessee expedited the processing of the form and got it back to Virginia post haste.

There may be no truth to it, but that is essentially what was reported on Tennessee Gun Owners forum.
