I'm Legal!
Got my Utah Concealed Firearm Permit in the mail today, 53 days after they cashed my check
 -- and just in time for my sister's wedding this weekend! The FBI agent husband of one of her friends won't be the only one armed, but he doesn't need to know.I'm going to take my Walmart Walk today and pick up some coolers for my restaurants (I need them anyway, so off to Wally World I go). I'll see if they have nachos (I doubt it) and pick up some target ammo while I'm there. What I'm going with today: Taurus PT 940B-NS in a Comp-Tac Gurkha holster, a spare magazine in a Tek-Lok single mag kydex pouch, and a cheapo LED Lenser V2 flashlight from Lowe's. The Taurus and spare mag are loaded with Federal HST in .40 S&W. My other carry firearm is a Ruger LCP (love the little gun) for pocket or IWB holster concealment, but that's staying home today. I have a Ka-Bar TDI on the way as well, for weapon retention (I don't plan on getting into any knife fights). |

Good for you. I just received my renewal notice today. I guess I will go over there tomorrow and have my picture made, give them $10 and good to go for another 5 years.
