For the general information of the group, the databases are not linked in Connecticut. Neither a DL nor a tag check will return the existence of a carry permit.

Your correct, it does not reference to data base, only if the state is a shall notify state on not.

If Florida doesn't enter the fact that you have a CWFL into it's driver's license data (which it doesn't), it's not going to pop up on any LEO search from another state.
