NH postmarks
I just talked with a representative from NH and postmarks on permit applications before 07-01-09 will be honored at $20.00.
They are as of today working on March 23rd applications.

Thanks for passing this info along to us. Sent mine in on May 20, so looks like I slipped in for $20, but will have to still be patient and wait...$80 savings is worth it..LOL

I sent mine in the 3rd of March and received it June 12th.
PA is still a bargin at $26.00 for 5 years.

what states does PA cover and what do you need to apply for it

Thanks for posting the info. I guess I just slipped in under the wire. And a BIG thank you to whoever it was who originally posted a couple weeks ago or so and notified everyone that the price was going up!
 It was that original post that "motivated" me to get my NH application in the mail.

I am glad I sent my application six weeks ago. I am hoping that in 4 years they renewal fee will not be $100.00.
