Pull out your CCW Badge and point it at the camera while yelling, "It's ok, I'm authorized."

I have always believed the reaction one may get from a sheeple is based on how one appears. If a person looks like a bum expect a different reaction than if a person looks like he or she may have reason to carry that gun.

To be honest, this does not happen. I open carry and people don't even notice, and if they do they don't freak out, they just give me their unsolicited opinion about my choice of carry. I would think it's a moot issue. Now if you were waiving it around (which I doubt you are) then they'd probably run and scream.

My experience is people are so absent minded and into what they are doing they don't even notice you, let alone a gun on your hip.

you could always say :

"He went that way " (pointing towards the doors).
"Mom, you promised not to act up if they let you out for the day " .
" It's the meds she's on".

Ignore it and walk on as if it never happened.

I had a guy in a video store (right after conceal carry was made legal) keep "stalking me" in the store. At the front counter, he VERY LOUDLY said to the clerk "DID YOU KNOW HE HAS A GUN ? " .... "Do you allow that in here ? ".

The clerk responded, "yes sir, we do.... and personally if someone comes in here to rob us, I hope someone in here is carrying a gun " .

Ironically.... I did NOT have a gun on me.... it was my cell phone under my shirt. But the guy kept going on and on and on about it, and pointing at my shirt.... so, finally I lifted my shirt up and asked him "YOU MEAN THIS PHONE ? ".

His mouth fell open and he stood there in shock that he was wrong. I did ask him, "what kind of idiot are you anyway?". If I had been carrying, it would have been on the other hip. It's amazing how many people have asked if my cell phone case was a gun...... never seeing my actual gun (as I said, on the other hip). LMAO.

Walmart Corporate basically has stated they follow state law. Unofficially, here in Tennessee, they prefer you to CC (TN allows OC) as a courtesy to them. This is simply to keep from alarming other customers. Where I live, the customers (country folks) wouldn't be alarmed but they would bug you to death about how do you like your gun and what kind of ammo you carry and where do you shoot, etc. Now in Memphis and the other larger cities, they for sure want you to be unabtrusive and CC, as they have problems with non-permit holders holding target practice from moving autos on people standing outside their homes. This is main reason I live in the country! My idea of too big a city is one with a population of over 5000 or over 10 different last names on the mailboxes!

Buy a better carry rig, conceal the gun better and don't get into the situation.

That was awesome. I guess he needs more practice with understanding "printing".
