Depending on the shirt I have on, it may bind a little on the grip, I adjust and keep going, I don't worry about it that much.

That is one thing I love about having my 38 642 Smith in my right front pocket. In a pocket holster......

Never a problem, and a good HP +P+ will get the job done.

yeah, on the small of the back or hip I have to adjust pretty much every time I stand up (from a chair, getting out of a vehicle, etc.). I just got used to pulling my shirt back down as part of my standing-up motion. Probably looks a little funny if someone was paying attention enough to notice.
