Depending on the shirt I have on, it may bind a little on the grip, I adjust and keep going, I don't worry about it that much.

yeah, on the small of the back or hip I have to adjust pretty much every time I stand up (from a chair, getting out of a vehicle, etc.). I just got used to pulling my shirt back down as part of my standing-up motion. Probably looks a little funny if someone was paying attention enough to notice.

If you are a large guy, try the patent pending butt-crack holster. Even if your shirt rides up, no one is going to look. =-)
