Gone to hell in the past year - heart defibrillator went off 19 times last July and I've felt rather poorly since but I'm working on it. I'm 6'4" and weigh 195 - the same as when I graduated from high school in 1951. I'll be 75 in less than 30 days and can probably still outdo those many years my junior. Got a new 3 wire pacemaker/defibrillator when my old one went bad and it seems to be working well.

I'm 5'11" and about 225 lbs. I'm not near the shape I was in when I was single and in MOS school or leaving boot camp. I am still able to run 2-3 miles in good time and do more than average amount of pushups or crunches. My best shape ever was 5'11" at 175lbs with a 28 inch waist, benching 250lbs a couple times. That was during my MOS school where I ran about 40-45 miles total a week and worked out an average of 5 times a week. Marriage and a child can do you in.
