T.D.I and your experience

Hello i am new to DC and wanted to start my experience here with your experiences. I am attending T.D.I in a week for the Basic Handgun 1-3 and was wondering if anyone here had taken it and what they though about it and any suggestions for me. Thank you and i can not wait to get my CCW certif out of it. I really can not wait to go to Wally World and get some nachos

Been there a few times. Will go back without reservation. Excellent staff and instruction, you'll have a good time. Be sure to take along a notepad and pen, there will be things said you'll wish later you could remember. Lot of experience, from military to LE to competition shooting on the staff.

Take shoes comfortable for gravel, you'll be standing in it the entire time you're shooting.

When they say 600 rounds per day, they mean it.

Sign up for the knife class when you get the chance.

If you keep a shotgun around the house, sign up for their shotgun class.

MTAC for the holster.

Bring plenty of ammo, spare mags, spare springs, spare extractor, and cleaning/maintenance supplies.

Might not need all that, but it'll be awfully nice to have just in case ;)

No i have a holster. I not taking the Kimber, that is the gun i buying after the class for ccw. I taking my G19. I got a fobus kydex and a mag holster as well as 4 mags. I also put in the stainless steel guide rod and improved 3.5ldb trigger. I already have 5k rds through it but not the new parts. I only have 200 rds through them. What is was saying about the kimber is getting a holster and what model to get. I either getting the ultra carry 2 or ultra cdp? I stuck
