Ballistics for Winchester White Box .45 ACP

I shoot a full-size Government 1911. Does anyone know the ballistics for Winchester White Box for .45 ACP 230 gr. ball and .45 JHP? Winchester's website is less than helpful. Thanks!

Thank you! I've been searching (in all the wrong places) since posting and haven't quite found what I want. I carry the Winchester 230 gr. JHP, but wondered how much the white box 230 gr. FMJ would adjust a BG's attitude (cuz I got a boatload more of it than the JHP!)

Just incase you dont have enough stuff a chrono is really nice. I bought one twenty years ago for $90. and I think they are still about the same for the non printer versions. I was getting 800 fps from a Combat Commander LTWT from white box ammo. The funny thing was I thought It was always 800 FPS. On average each shot can go + or- 25 fps. Doesnt really matter at the muzzle but when you start rainbow shooting at 100 yards plus you really start looking at the flatter shooting 185 gr green and gold boxes, then you start looking at faster and slower powders, then you start measuring your bullet seating and then you start playing with different primer lots, and then you start looking at different barrels, and new shooting coaches, and more bench space for your trophies... And then you remember you just bought the gun for protection and didnt realize how many options were opening up. Chronos are fun though and you never have to take any written word as gospel again. Shuts up a few shooters who claim the 2 kilo bullets they shoot are twice the speed of light with no recoil. Good post.

Lightning your reply got me laughing so hard! Isn't that the damned truth! Funny how what starts as a simple project grows into a beast. I learned that reloading my .30-06. Next thing I know I've spend big bucks on all sorts of stuff that only another reloader could understand. My (ex) wife sure didn't! The upside to that event is my rifle can kill an elk at 300 yards, she can't! I couldn't throw her that far - at least with decent trajectory and sufficient velocity to assure adequate penetration and expansion for a humane kill, while retaining sufficient bullet mass without core-jacket separation!

Thanks for your insight - I appreciate the info. I am guessing about 850 from a full-sized Government model. Stay well - stay safe!
