I imagine most of the expense for this kind of repair would be getting to the pipe. Glad nobody was hurt by the ND, I didn't believe it would ever happen to me. In fact I think I still believed it would not happen to me for several seconds after it happened to me! That's the reason for the rules, so when one is broken the other 3 keep us and our loved ones safe. |
