I voted Hornady TAP for now.

When you can get some better ammo I would go with either Winchester Ranger or Federal HST, both in 230gr.

I really like the CorBon products...they are a great company with outstanding customer service.
I won a $50.00 gift certificate at a 1911 armorer's course a while back from CorBon....at that time the ammo was like $19.00 dollars a box...I called CorBon to see if I could pay the difference and have them send me three boxes. They said no need, and just shipped me three boxes of ammo at no additional cost. I assured them I would continue to purchase their products and tell this story....and now I have done both.
I prefer their pow'r ball ammo myself

I tote the 1911 on occasion and use 230 grain FMJ.

OTHER: Win Ranger-T SXT +P 230g when I can get them, DoubleTap if I can't.

None of the above.

For me, nothing beats CorBon +P 185gr DPX!

I like the Golden Sabres but prefer the 185gr +p loadings from my 5'' XD.
