Taurus PT-145:
.45 ACP Federal Personal Defense (c45c) 185 gr. JHP (I tried several others and this was the most accurate in my pistol) Taurus 605 Revolver .357 Magnum Magtech Guardian Gold 125 gr. JHP (Also tried a lot of others with this gun...this round offers the best recoil/power/accuracy in my 2 fingered grip snubbie)

for personal use, I carry whatever I can find the best deal on when it's time for fresh ammo.
at the moment it's Speer Gold dots, 9mm, 124gr. +p, JHP
