Problem with bullet setback isn't a dud round it's about compressing the powder charge resulting in higher case pressure which can cause a kaboom,

Fixxxer, Is there a particular reason you feel the need to swap ammo, what effects your ammo to cause you to ask? Under the assumption you practice at least once a year, that should be sufficient. Unless you are in some unusual line of work, hazardous to firearms and ammo, there isn't much that will effect your ammo. If you are one of the folks that constantly chamber and unload rounds, then you need to pay attention to how that effects your bullet setback, or simply stop loading and unloading (unless manditory for some reason).

How often does it wet itself?

All seriousness aside, in my opinion you've got to watch out for bullet creep in semiautomatics, because when you chamber a round, it has a tendency to compress the bullet into the case. Doing that a lot on the same bullet will make the bullet unreliable. Other than that, I don't think you need to worry about it.

Once a month if you think about it. If you chamber a round every day, before that.

I shoot my carry ammo everyday. Every time I come home and it isn't dark or raining, I unload at an old target stump out in the pasture.

of course, I am not carrying hollow points or anything lol.

I haven't decided what brand I want to shoot in my glock 30. Do the cheap winchester, 50 for 23$ ones work good?

The ammo in carried in my XD.45 everyday has the first two rounds, the chambered round and the top round in the mag fired and replaced every time I do any shooting or after I have cycled those two rounds three or four times sooner if they appear worn. The other rounds in that mag or any of my back up mags get fired off every six month to a year unless they get wet or something.
