Federal HST - What weight?

I'll be changing out my 135gr .40 S & W Hydrashoks for the HSTs.

What weight do you use and why? There seems to be 155gr, 165gr and 180gr.

I would go with the 165gr myself.

The 165gr seems to have the highest ft lbs of energy. Is that why?

Use the heaviest weight offered in your caliber

I actually just ordered the 165 gr since it was only second in ft lbs of energy to the 357 Sig.

I even ordered an extra box for a friend since shipping was only $1 more.

Thanks all.
