The 3 walmarts I went to were out of pretty much everything except 38super,shotgun shells, and some rifle ammunition. I ended up spending extra 15 bucks at Dick's Sporting Goods for 2 boxes of UMC 230gr 45 and 95gr 380. I think my daughter and I might go to Cabela's tomorrow see if they have any deals.

If I can find some 230gr for around $15.00 I'll be happy.

They're out there but you've got to look hard for them. My local WM carries the 9mm 115gr. WWB 100ct. for $15.97. Trying to score some requires a lot of luck though.

Local Walmart had several 15-20 boxes each of 100 count, .40 S&W 165 gr WWB, .38 Special 130 Gr WWB and some 9mm 115 WWB today.

The 100 Ct WWB were marked at $29.00 exept for the 9mm

I have given up on my local Wal-Mart. They don't have anything I shoot ( 9mm, 38spl and 357 Mag).

We got a box og BB 45 in on Friday. I went to get it after I was done with work, and it was gone. So which one of you guys snagged my ammo?

I'll be shopping for ammo on my lunches from now on...

The Wal-Mart over on the west side of Topeka had pretty much empty ammo shelves when I was in there last week. I aksed what happened to all the ammo and the guy said, "They bought it all....they're buying it as fast as it comes in." There were a couple boxes of .223 left, which I was suprised to see, but the handgun ammo was gone.

The run is slowing IMO. I have found what I need at Wally World even if inconsistently.

This weekend I grabbed up the last two 15 round boxes of Remington 00 Buck from the Rockingham store.

Price was right IMO. They were out of most everything else. I find that if I just get a little bit every week of whatever they have that I shoot, Im good. My stock at home might even be called a "cache" LOL
