I have bought from both. Midway has better than average price on the top of the line SD ammo.
Georgia Arms has great prices on target ammo. They made their quoted delivery dates but sent the wrong ammo. The did however correct it within a matter of two or three days when I called about it. I was surprised since the original shippment was a 4 week wait, but the replacement stuff only took 1 day plus two days for shipping.
All in all, since they replaced it immediatly and paid the return shipping and shipping for the replacement ammo, what more could you ask for. I'll be ordering again from them as soon as I burn through half of what I got this time.

walmart is always the best price from what I can find... online ammo seems to have gone way up in price due to demand, I have bought alot from cheaperthandirt.com, a couple weeks ago the had 380... the price... $69.97, I was shocked, but two days later they were out... 9mm was way high for a while but now some supply has caught up... I will share this with my friends here at DC I was searching for 9mm hp for sd for a long time and couldn;t find any and didn't want to pay the extreme prices, I found some at thehuntingshack.com, they are a reloading company like Black Hills out of montana, also bitterrootvalley amunition (bvac)... both seem to have a pretty good rep and I got spear hp's 124 grain in 5 days from them. Also backordering at Cabela's can work as their prices are some waht stable.

Of course the man in brown wasn't always thrilled. A thousand rounds of .45ACP or 9mm isn't light.

I'm another person who prefers to buy in bulk. I have stuck with ammoman.com, because the prices have been good, and shipping is free. I've never had a problem with any order with them. It's arrived on time, and as advertised. So, while I always check prices before I order, I always end up ordering from them. Now, since I've been unemployed for the past 7 months, my ammo purchases have been nil. But, once I'm working, I'll be back to ordering from them.

I've had good luck with bass pro shops and cabelas. Just make sure it is in stock before you order it.
