Bullets filmed in slow-mo...SUPER slow-mo...

All sorts of projectiles filmed at 1,000,000 frames per second. Fascinating to the see the petals on JHP opening while passing through the ballistics gel. And the armor piercing is just amazing to watch.

Cool ... I especially liked seeing the hollow points opening up. I will save this vid to show during my firearms classes. Thanks for posting.

The shotgun pellets were neat. The only thing this video is missing is two bullets colliding.

It's interesting that the frame-rate is high enough to see actual bullet rotation.

Thanks for the link.

Now that was a cool video. I loved the bullets that went through that plate like it wasn't even there.

I am fascinated by two phenomenon. The first is that the bullets hit by the lead shot do not waver from their course. They absorb the energy of the lead BB and keep right on their intended path. The second is how the JHP ammo maintains its rotational momentum even after the petals open in the ballistics gel. Absolutely fascinating! I wonder how long it will be before this company is producing 2,000,000 FPS cameras?

Some ballistic information to go with this video would be nice. Like identifying the bullets, weight and speed, the different target materials and thickness.

I thought the same thing. All in all a great video though.
