Look, if the intent is to stop a TRULY determined attacker...you are up poops creek.

HOWEVER>>>>>>to stop an opportunist, getting shot SUCKS and that may be enough to get away...however, aim for the face!!!!!

Saw an unusual gun on GunBroker.com

It had 6 .22 barrels built into a single unit. Looked alot like a pistol flare.
I bet 6 .25 ACP's fired like that would do some damage too.

Any round can be made to be an effective round if you can get its velocity up around and over 1000fps. It's the platform from which it's launched from is the problem.
