I carry a Sig P6 with an extra clip daily,If I know I'll be going into a known bad area I will switch to wearing my Springfield 1911 custom .45 with spare mags. I just started carrying 9mm and just don't have the trust in it that I do with a .45

used to be a sig P239 9mm on a daily basis, since 2007 its been a Walther PPS 9mm... i run one in my carry rig with a spare mag in my maxpedition pack, and i have its twin for range duty and riding shotgun if we take the wifes car...
i love the profile of the pps, and it fits in any of my suits and even my back pocket if i'm at the beach (yes, it even goes in the water with me...i just clean it out real good with NonCLH brake cleaner and blow it out to dry and keep some slip 2000 handy) *if you can't use a gun in real world conditions, why carry it...right?*
