I carry some form of 1911 all the time. When weather requires a coat or jacket, I carry a Sprinfield Champion or a customized Springfield GI in a shoulder holster. When the weather warms up, I carry a Kimber Tactical Ultra II in a Don hume IWB holster. In extremely hot weather, my Colt Mustang goes into my pocket.
