I just noticed this thread.

I usually pocket carry a .380 Interarms Walther PPK/S or PPK. Occasionally I carry a .32 Interarms Walther PPK/S or PPK, if I feel I want lighter recoil and an extra round in the magazine.

I work plainclothes in a warm climate, so I need a deep concealment piece. I am aware of the benefits and drawbacks of the guns and calibers, yet they fit my needs perfectly, and have never failed me in 20 years, provided that I clean the guns and practice with them weekly.

My official carry gun is a 9mm Walther P5 Compact, which I usually also pocket carry. This gun is privately purchased, agency authorized, and grandfathered, and has been serving reliably with the others since 1989.

I qualify quarterly with the 9mm P5 Compact and the .380 PPK/S.

Here are my primary and my back up. A pair of XD45's just wish there was a sub compact XD45.
If not I carry my Sig P229 and Sig P239 both in 9mm. Just wish they used the same mags. Guess I could get a Sig P226 to share mag's with my P229. But can not imagine carrying my P229 in a ankle holster.

I normally carry a S&W 637 2" snubby 38 special. Great carry gun. I just got a Snake Slayer as my BUG. Love this little thing and it packs one big punch with 410 ga self defense shot ammo.

Just purchased a Glock 27. This will be my primary concealed carry gun once I've shot it and I'm certain that I'm familiar with it's operation. And, of course, after my CHL permit arrives.

EDC

Hi all, my first response to anything. My EDC as far as weapons is as follows.

I carry a G21 or G30 or G19
Hopefully soon to have another G26 to replace all those above.

I also carry a SOG Flash II, Ontario Rat 1, and a Magnum Razor Jack

Not that I am paranoid but really like options.

Got rid of my FNP40 which I carried but felt it printed too easily (I carry IWB at 2 o'clock) and now have a Beretta PX4 Storm, also 40. Much better.
