Glock 26 and Ruger LCP Pix
I just picked up my new LCP the other day, so... Of course pictures must be taken... here is is next to my Glock 26...
I am not comparing them in any way, just showing the size difference. I am keeping both. AND, I don't care about the KT folks thinking it is a clone, I just don't care, it is a cool little CCW gun. LOADED WEIGHTS (From my scale); GLOCK 26: 26.7 oz. RUGER LCP: 11.6 oz.

Congrats on your purchase.
I think it is a great little pocket gun. I was all set to buy one, but I am holding off for a bit. I would be interested in a range report and any impressions you have about carrying it.

Well, no range report yet. Hopefully within the next couple of days. But, let me tell you, i am trying out different pocket holsters, and IWB's right now. So far it has been amazing in all of them. I have many guns but the smallest 'til now was the G26 so that is all i was carrying IWB, and WOW, I have to keep checking myself to see if the LCP is actually there, I am not used to feeling next to nothing. I live in Florida, and can wear thinner, smaller clothing too, and there is ZERO printing with the LCP.

Here's my favorite pocket holster for the LCP. Carries in the back pocket.

I just came back from the Orlando Gun Show a few weeks ago. I had already purchased the LCP about 1 month prior. However, I found a little
"Metal Belt Side Clip" that fits just perfectly on the LCP. It was made for the KelTec.. buts works great and I mean great for the LCP. In fact the plastic button type hold together (lack of better term) is actually replaced with a two portion threaded fastner that comes with the belt clip. This also looks better and better quality than "orginal equp" the clip seems abit high for $14.00 but worth every penney when put to use... no other holsters in pocket or other needed. Check this out!!! I have not checked the internet yet but might even be on the Keltec site under accessories? |

Y'all might laugh at this one, but my favorite pocket rig for my Kel Tec P3AT is a Milt Sparks pocket holster.
Yeah, it cost 1/4 what the gun did, and I waited 5 months, but it is perfect. Doesn't look as "fat" as with the Nemesis, doesn't print as bad as the Grandpa Oaks Kydex I had (which broke). It's the best I've tried. Just got one of those wallet holster's AZ Husker linked to, haven't really warmed up to it yet, but I need to try it out some more!. BTW, those Kel Tec clips are available on their site, I've got one. Never gotten around to installing and trying it. I should do that....
