+1 to that. I would trust my life on my LCP. Although I never had any problems, I jumped on mine quickly thus my LCP SN begins with the ol' "370". It was a simple fix by Ruger. I requested a box from Ruger, sent it in, got it back a few days later (if my memory serves me, 6 days). It has a small diamond stamp on the frame just behind the hammer now, but it still works very well and has yet to FTF or FTE on me.
