What day did y'all send in to Ruger about the recall? My confirmation from them was Nov. 4. Just trying to figure out when I might get a box.

I contacted them the day the recall was announced and got my box yesterday. I printed a shipping label and shipped it out. The LCP is already in Prescott, AZ as of 12:30PM EST today.

The recall was announced the last week of October.

Update: Mine was picked up yesterday (12/02), and I just got delivery confirmation that it arrived in Arizona (12/03). Will keep you all posted as to how long before I get it back!

Jon, did you have to go through any kind of FFL, or do you ship it to them and they ship it back directly to you?

No cl00bie, no FFL dealer needed. If you're shipping a firearm to a licensed manufacturer for repair, as long as it's shipped UPS overnight (NOT US Postal Service), it's no problem. They will ship it back to you UPS overnight. All neat and legal.
