Gunner's Alley

Normally I wouldn't plug a company, but these guys just impressed me. I ordered a holster from them that was out of stock (didn't say so when I ordered it). So, instead of asking me to order something else or telling me how long I would wait, they contacted the holster maker (who had it in stock) and had it ship directly to me from the holster maker.

In today's online faceless business craze, it was really awesome to see someone doing it completely right. They will definitely receive my business in the future and if anyone here is thinking of ordering online I can definitely recommend them.

Gunner's Alley gets a from me.

While I haven't had "bad" service from them, I haven't gotten good service either. I have dealt with them twice, and the second time they at least tried to make things right.

My experience does not seem to be indicative of the service that others have received though. I'm just not likely to do business with them again unless it is a knockout deal on something.

I Purchased My...

first dozen Fist holsters from Gunner's Alley. There were a few 'mess-up's' but they (business belongs to two gentlemen) always tried to fix things. Then Fist stopped selling through Gunner's Alley and I bought the next dozen Fist holsters...directly from Fist. I haven't purchased anything from Gunner's Alley since. They were just a 'go-between' anyway, and I get better discounts dealing directly with Fist. After the first 10-12 purchases from Fist...20% off all other purchases!

Stay safe!

Good impression of Gunners Alley

I have bought 2 or 3 holsters from Gunners Alley and have been pleased with the product, pricing and service. I would buy from them again.

Thumbs up

Great guys to deal with! Purchased quite a few holsters from them over the past few years. Second to none in customer service!

They also have a holster trade in program. This allows me to clean out my bottom drawer of all the old holsters that fit guns long gone! Trade old leather for new!

Gunners Alley has provided me with first rate service. I have ordered a lot of holsters, belts etc. When there was a problem, they PHONED me at home to fix it! I will order from them again.

Ditto on all the good comments. I've traded with them and got a fair value. I have purchased from them and have gotten excellent service. I just recently returned a holster that didn't feel right for another model - no problems.
