What's your preference for holster payment

Now I'm looking for opinions of the general public here. Makers please refrain from responding.

What is your preference on custom holster payment?

This is mainly concerning 2+ month waits. Anything less than that really doesn't become an issue.

The question is, Would you rather pay closer to the delivery date of your order, or up front?
  • Pay up front
  • Pay within 1-2 weeks of delivery date
  • Doesn't matter to me

I like to get the payment out of the way. Pay up front.

I like to pay when the holster is complete and ready for delivery.

I don't really care. If there's a trust issue, I wouldn't be ordering in the first place.

Does this mean you're up to a 10 week wait already!?

I also like to get the payment out of the way, so pay up front.

+1

I like to do a lot of research before ordering anything. So, I never really have trust issues. Once the trust issue is out of the way, I leave it up to the vendor to tell me what they prefer.

I have no problem with either method as long as I know up front what the billing method will be. I don't like surprises like placing an order where the website says you won't be charged until the item ships and the day after the order is place your card is charged. As long as the info given is correct I'm OK with it.

The maker would have to be well-known/trusted guy or I wouldn't be getting the rig from him in the first place. So I'd be real comfortable paying up front.
He's happy and can afford to buy materials and I don't have to worry about it later.

I would rather pay upfront so its done and no surprises like the lost check i had recently The second one got to the personl but it took a lot longer than it should have because the first one went MIA

Also though you didnt ask i would prefer to pay by Credit card or paypal as some places use it the payment is instant so no surprises

No difference to me as long as it's all agreed on up front. If I didn't trust someone I wouldn't be ordering from him.
