Totters were designed by Blackie Collins the knife maker, If you read the add the pocket is a 'universall' pocket, they were first designed to carry knives so they wouldn't get lost in some other pocket.
Blackie liked to carry his commander in the pocket so they used that in the adds. One could carry a sizable folder or even a small fixed blade. Yo me they are to expensive. I prefer Carhart jeans that have tool pockets on the side of the leg. Pretty much all I wear anymore. |
