Earlier holster had a thumb break, but then went to cocked and locked (1911) and thumb break no longer an option.

in my carry if im IWB'n i have no thumb break, but OWB'n i always have one... feel safer with one for weapon retention in case someone happens to slip out of my SA by some off the wall chance

I'm thinking of getting one for when I carry OWB, just for the simple fact that I'll be losing the snugness of a belt around the weapon, and for general retention's sake.

The holster I use when I know I'm going to be active has a thumb break. Only downside is that the only one I have is for the G22 with M3 light.
