Waiting for IWB
I am currently waiting for a MCV, should receive it soon. However, now I need another one for a different gun. I expect I will want to order another MCV, but would like to see it first. Besides that, I need something quicker than 10-20 weeks, depending upon where I go.
Can anyone recommend something like this holster that I can get quickly. Ideally, off the shelf. I've looked at all kinds of sites, but seems the non-custom suppliers don't have anything like this. True? Any ideas? Thanks. |

Not sure what the MCV is. mind telling who makes it? Also which gun you have might help us to direct your search.

Howdy!
To everyone who has been waiting for their MCV, good news! My tannery finally has gotten their act together and we have (finally!) received some decent leather. All Service Grade MCV's will be shipped within a month from now (some sooner), and we'll be back on schedule with the Presentation Grades shortly as well. (Those are being made in order they were received). Thanks again to everyone for their patience. |

Try Highnoon Holsters. They have currently 5 IWBs both tuckable and regular that ship in 3 to 5 days for right handers. I have a Mr Softy, Bare Assets and Split Decision.

Besides Highnoon, Galco has a few that fit the warthog, a couple in stock, a couple that they say will be available by or just after the first of the year.
Don Hume will likely have something as well. |

While I've seen many that have an IWB holster, I don't think I've seen any that are exactly like the style Bromelland and others offer. That's really what I'm looking for.
I obviously may have to settle for some other similar style for short term. But was just hoping I could find something like it that I had missed. |

Good news, Gary!
As for something quick and "off the shelf," your best bet for quality might be to search on eBay, or try to find something made by a "larger" manufacturer, such as Fist or Don Hume, from an individual retailer. Call or e-mail first to be sure they have them in stock, though - I placed an order with a company that orders from Hume as they receive the order, and Hume currently has a 4-week wait. Searched around a bit and found a small outfit in NC that had them in stock, and hopefully I'll get it in the first half of next week. Hope this helps! |
