My wife does not carry but is toying with the idea. She has been using a paddle holster around the house with out a belt. With her snubby revolver it seams to be working pretty good for her. Not ideal I know so we need to perfect it but she hates belts.

I was like "What is a gater holster?" I even looked on google and it asked if I really meant "garter holster". Now I get and I would have to agree with you..........

As if you don't have enough reading to do...here is my standard reply to "female seeks holster" threads...

Would you post that it helps if it does?

I will post this pic of my wife getting ready for the weekly trip to Wally World for the huge amount of groceries we buy. (5 kids...'nuff said)

She carries her gun, and XD .40sc, in a right hand Galco belt holster made of Kydex. In this photo, taken before she bought that holster she has a Fobus right hand paddle holster on. She wears a large shirt over the gun, untucked and it just vanishes.

Hope this helps. You can PM me if you want and I can answer any question you might have or have her answer it.

Looks like that sits extremely well Mike. Just wish I could get my dear wife to use a rig and waist carry - but she hates belts still!

I keep working on it tho

I'm a woman and 99% of the time I carry on-body... jdlv4_0 already linked the thread wherein I show some pictures of how I carry.

lima - I had missed your pic selection previously - excellent demonstration and thank you - it must hopefully give our lady CCW's extra and useful ideas.
