Tuckable IWB Holster
Any suggestions for a Tuckable IWB Holster for either a Glock 23, Glock 27 -or- 3-4" 1911?
Thanks ahead of time. -COWBOY F550 |

Look at Crossbreed Holsters http://www.crossbreedholsters.com/index.html
I have had one for a few weeks now for my full size 1911 (an adjustable Super Tuck), and am extremely happy with it.

The Crossbreed "Super Tuck" looks pretty good, I might just have to give it a try. The only thing I've come across so far was the GALCO "USA Inside the pant" Holster and the Galco "Ultra Deep Cover, Inside the pant Holster"

I use a Galco Sky-Op, the biggest problem with it is there is no sweat shield between the body and the back of the slide. With a 1911 style gun (I carry a Para-Ord P-14) you get some "safety bite" and need to wear a T-shirt under the outer shirt. The holster uses a single "Y" clip to hold the holster to the belt (there is only 1 size and it is made for a "dress" size belt" and is VERY discreet.
I would like to try a Tucker Answer next; it looks to be a good one. |

Give Mark a call if ya want, hes a good guy to work with. My advice though (despite how much I enjoy my holster), would be to wait a day or two and see what else comes up in the thread. Lot of good holster makers on here, and lots of their satisfied customers. There are a ton of options out there.
I'd also check out the mass produced vs. custom thread, lots of good info there with input from some of the holster makers. http://www.combatcarry.com/vbulletin...ad.php?t=18750 If you want any more info about the Crossbreed's I'd be glad to try to answer questions, but calling Mark and talking to him about it would be much more beneficial. The Wait time on my Supertuck was almost 10 weeks to the day from when i ordered it

Tucker Answer or Texas Heritage. I have the Answer and like it a lot. Last I heard, delivery time is about 3 weeks, really fast for a custom holster.

High Noon's Closing argument is what I use for both a Glock 23 and my Kimber Pro carry.

if you don't mind nylon holsters... i really like my Desantis Tuck-This! holster. a friend of mine also has one that he uses for his Glock 27 every day. it's comfortable, and the J-clip keeps the holster secure.
